 2. Puppy Purchase Agreement

2.1 All sales are final, as we take pride in our healthy and well-loved puppies.  

2.2 We guarantee that every puppy is healthy at the time of sale, reflecting our commitment to their well-being.  

2.3 Once a puppy joins your family, you’ll be responsible for their care and any related expenses.

3. Health Guarantee

3.1 Our puppies come with a health guarantee covering genetic conditions for one year.  

3.2 Should any health issues arise, they must be documented by a licensed veterinarian within this period for the guarantee to apply.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your chosen puppy, ensuring they are yours.  

4.2 Full payment is due before your new family member is transferred to you, reflecting our trust in your commitment.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 You may pick up your puppy from our USDA certified family farm or arrange shipping at an additional cost.  

5.2 Shipping arrangements and costs are the buyer's responsibility, but we’re here to help facilitate the process.

6. Return Policy

6.1 We understand that situations can arise; however, we do not accept returns except for valid health guarantee claims.  

6.2 In the case of a health guarantee claim, we offer either a replacement puppy or a refund, based on our discretion.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information collected is used solely for completing your purchase and enhancing your experience.

8. Amendments
